Outside United States call 386-239-3094. Payment Procedure - A one
night deposit is required to confirm a reservation. (This amount may vary by resort or
peak travel times). If a deposit has not been received in our office within 7 days of
placing a reservation, the reservation will be released. A reservation is considered
tentative until a deposit is received. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to
arrival. Tour documents are issued 14 to 21 days prior to departure, but never before
receipt of final payment. Payments may be made by check, Visa, Mastercard or American
Express.
Cancellation and Refund Policy - Any golf package may be canceled up to 14 days
prior to scheduled arrival to receive a full refund less a $25.00 per person handling fee.
This charge is in addition to any cancellation and/or non-refundable charges imposed by
airlines and resorts. Cancellations within 14 days are subject to a $50.00 per person
handling fee in addition to any air, resort or golf related penalties. No refunds will be
made in the event of no-shows or any unused portion(s) of any package. We
recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Changes - Changes are allowed without penalty until tour documents have been
issued. Any changes after documents have been issued are subject to a $20.00 per change
fee in addition to any air, resort and golf related penalties. All revisions must be
documented in writing and accompanied by the revision fee before new documents are issued.
Tee Time Policy - Tee times can be requested by phone when making your
reservation. Most tee times are confirmed upon receipt of the initial tour deposit.
Rain Policy - Each resort may have a different rain refund policy, and certain
resort packages may not offer rain refunds. We will make every attempt to refund green
fees due to inclement weather but it is the responsibility of the individual to work with
the resort. In many instances play can be rescheduled to satisfaction. If you are unable
to play due to inclement weather because the course is closed, please notify our office
immediately so we may work with th resort to obtain the refund. No refunds will be issued
if we are not notified within 14 days of the scheduled tee time. Please allow us 30 days
to resolve the refund request with the resort. Tee times missed for any other reason other
than course closings are the responsibility of the individual and not the resorts, the
golf courses or the tour operator.
Golf Attire - Proper resort golf attire will be required at all times such as
collared shirts, golf shoes with socks, and if permitted, shorts a minimum of 16" in
length.
Responsibility -
Resort Golf Vacations and its employees function as an intermediary
and agent for suppliers in selling services which are not directly
supplied by this company such as accommodations, transportation,
golfing arrangements, etc. We act on behalf of the customer and
shall not be responsible or liable for any losses or breaches of
contract or omissions or careless actions on the part of any
supplier that may result in any damage, loss, injury, delay or
irregularity sustained by our customers. Tour participant should
note that the suppliers providing accommodations for the tour
operator are independent contractors, not agents or employees of the
tour operator. Furthermore the tour operator shall not be liable or
responsible in any way for any loss, injury, or damage caused by
circumstances beyond its control. These tour packages are planned in
advance and circumstances beyond the tour operator's control may
require changes. The tour operator reserves the right to alter the
printed brochure prices and package features without notice and
shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or expenses
occasioned by such changes. By embarking on his/her travel the
customer voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain
appropriate available insurance coverage against same. All rate
information contained in this brochure is valid through December 31,
2004 and is subject to change at any
time.
